Project description: We have analyzed the si- tuation on the commercial real estate market in Łódź, as well as marketing and architectu- ral assumptions. A really high quality product. How to tell about a prestigious location, im- pressive height and meeting the highest stan- dards, adding a friendly element that facilita- tes establishing contacts with future tenants? The easiest way! This is how the winning idea of “Hi” came about. We have created a name, logo, visual identification, promotional mate- rials, billboards, a folder, a website layout and a fence layout. We like to create new brands, so winning this tender gave us a double ple- asure.
